Return & Replacement Policy — Corset Wholesale Australia

Clear, factory-direct wholesale terms to protect both buyers and production planning.

At Corset Wholesale Ltd, every product is made and quality-checked at our manufacturing unit in Gurgaon, India. As a factory-direct B2B wholesale platform, we do not accept returns for size or fit issues. Items are produced and packed for wholesale fulfilment to ensure consistency for every buyer.

1. No Returns for Sizing or Change of Mind

  • All wholesale sales are final once processed.
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for sizing differences, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
  • Please review measurements, fabric details, and specifications before placing your order.

2. Limited Warranty & Replacements (30 Days)

We provide a limited 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and transit damage.

Covered under warranty
  • Manufacturing defects (stitching, boning, hardware)
  • Transit damage (packaging/handling damage)
  • Incorrect item received (wrong style/colour/size as per invoice)
Not covered
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, washing damage, or alteration after delivery
  • Minor variations in colour/finish due to device display and production tolerances

Eligible items will be replaced only. Refunds are not issued.

3. How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email au@corsetwholesale.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product code, and clear photos of the issue.
  3. For transit damage, include a photo of the outer package and courier label.
  4. Once approved, we will process a replacement in the next available production/dispatch cycle.
Note: Unauthorised returns without prior written approval will not be accepted.

4. Custom, Private Label & Sale Items

  • Custom label, private-label, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
  • These items are produced specifically for your brand or sold at special pricing and cannot be restocked.
  • Warranty coverage (manufacturing defect/transit damage) may still apply where eligible.

5. Shipping Responsibility

If a return is authorised for inspection, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit damage, replacement shipping will be covered by Corset Wholesale Ltd.
